The Earth Hour Logo and Trademarks 


Here are a few things to keep in mind when using the Earth Hour logo and trademarks in your marketing and media communications:

  • Minimum size and clear space

    A protection area around the Earth Hour logo has been created to ensure that the Earth Hour logo is highly visible when used across various assets and with various other images and logos. However, the Earth Hour logo can be placed onto background images. In this instance, please consider the positioning or your image and avoid overly busy backgrounds within the clearance space.

    Minimum size for digital and print logo ensures that the logo is legible and recognizable at the smallest size.

Usage with other brands and logos 

In using the Earth Hour Trademarks you may refer to yourself or your organisation as a supporter of Earth Hour and place your logo beside that of Earth Hour’s in your communications assets, but you must not refer to yourself or imply in any way that you are a partner (formal or otherwise) of Earth Hour unless you have formal written agreement with us.
